We purchased a used car that's relatively new. Purchasing the monthly chg for anytime wash really was nice. I can now keep my investment looking great. Just 3 washes about pays for a monthly. A no brainer. I really like the staff and the location is always kept very clean.
Bearded manager with BMW was very helpful and understanding. This place knows how to run a business. 5 stars! Would recommend to a friend.
I usually go to this car wash a lot to get my car washed. Usually they have great service but on this day February 21st I had gone thru the washer to wash my car and some man walked in front of the exit door of the washer. I was getting ready to pull off and I stopped when he walked in front of me. A man that was in the washer began cursing and yelling at me to move my car and asked me” what I was doing” with added curse words but didn’t see the person standing in front of me. I don’t know who this man was. He looked like a manager. But I will never go back to this location again. My kids where in the car and where scared because of how the man was yelling at me. If he speaks to his customers like this on a regular he needs to me fired. I will file a complaint. It was between 3 and 4 Sunday the 21st
Great carwash!
Automated purchase of the managers special (best of all offered) was easy and fast, the two guys applying the pre wash were friendly and professional. Things didn't go perfect, called and spoke to the manager. He asked me to come back in. Without debate he took ownership and made corrections. He should teach a class on customer service.
