These guys do a great job on my shirts. Yong is really friendly and helpful.
I brought in a quilt to wash and paid $25 for it. When I got my quilt back, I noticed it still had the same stain, the white parts were still grey and it also had the same smell. So I went back and the lady agreed to wash it again for free. But when I checked the quilt it had the same exact aspect as before, no change in color or smell. So I went back one more time and asked for my money back. She wouldn't give me my money back and said that sometimes they can't wash quilts... if she can't wash it, and she is the cleaning expert, then I should be entitled to a refund. I doubt they even washed it once because I could agree stains might be hard to get out (although she owns a cleaning business!) but smells can easily be removed with soap! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Got there after closing one evening and the woman kindly agreed to hem my dress. I was charged $30 which is extremely overpriced and was not told how much it would be beforehand.
