Needs new management. Missing item. Called for refund. Hung up. Pick up hang up on call re-attempts. Sierra G. Is the cashier who screwed up the order. Not sure who was on the phones. Dont waste your time and money here.

I mean how can I give taco Bell five stars.... it's taco Bell ....I'm just going to say the three stars that I'm giving this taco Bell location is five stars as far as fast food joints go.... service is quick ...people were friendly... the food was hot and fresh .. my order was correct.....thank you

Went to Taco Bell in West Jordan today and ordered 13 items. I asked 3 times for extra hot sauce and they assured me it was in the bag. Got home and only had 5 sauce. I also paid extra for sour cream and not one of my 6 tacos had sour cream. I called to complain and they hung up on me. Real great customer service!

So first off, my fiance and I are some of the biggest taco bell fans you'll ever meet. We were thrilled to know this location was so close to our house. However every single time we have given this location a chance, it has been the biggest let down. This taco bell is consistent garbage. The food is always over cooked and tortillas are dry and crunchy. Their employees are okay. But their food is constantly bad. I gave it another chance today and I got cheesy roll ups, a five layer burrito and a breakfast burrito and each item was so poorly made. I can't let myself down anymore. If you want the BEST taco bell experience possible, go to the Taco Bell on 56th west and 6200 south.
