Only Plumbing

This place of business is a ripoff that constantly misleads the customers. They installed a sewage ejector pump in my basement several years ago. The pump wasn't being used as the basement was being completed. Once I was ready to use the pump, after several times of testing it the collar around the check valve cracked and spilled gallons of water into my basement. I called Only Plumbing during after hours on a Friday night after finding my receipt to figure out the type of warranty they provide with their services. A total of 72 hours had passed and I never received a phone call regarding my inquiry. I called and spoke to an associate named Brian who he referred himself as the company manager. After telling him my issue he goes on to say the warranty is only good for a year, which would be very understandable if that key component was listed somewhere on my receipt. His response when I asked about the warranty was the technician should have told me the length of the warranty. A person can tell you anything but if it isn't notated on a signed document it means absolutely nothing. He told me my only option would be to have them come back to my home for a service call, which is $150 per hour, plus any parts I may need. I simply requested some type of compensation for the part I bought and installed myself. The check valve they sold me was listed for $50 and marked up double if you would have went to a store and purchased it yourself. This area of customer service by Brian was inconsiderate and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and would much rather deal with a company that's trustworthy and honest, two qualities I didn't receive when dealing with Brian of Only Plumbing.

Had an appointment window from 7am to 12. With a suggested arrival time of 8:30. No one showed. Called at 11, to be told that someone would be here around 1-1:30. Received a call by a technician at 12:30 saying another tech would be by in an hour to an hour and a half. Called at 3 and was told they would track down someone and let me know when they would be by. Never got a call back from customer service. Got a call from another tech at 4:15 saying they would be by in 50 minutes.nnNo thanks. Tired of the run around.

Excellent service and prices. I'll never use a different plumber. Trey was absolutely wonderful. He spoke to me like a person and not just a customer. He was able to find our problem and fix it in no time. The man on the phone was great too. He understood how urgent our issue was and was able to get Trey out within the hour. Thanks!

So blessed to have found this company. Only Plumbing was recommended by my neighbor, and they lived up to her words. I was truly impressed with the speed of service they provided, price of repairs, and overall professionalism of the staff. Mike and Brian really helped me out of bad bathroom situation in record time. I will quickly call Only Plumbing for any other plumbing needs I have in the future. I strongly encourage you to do the same.
