I am very happy with the pressure regulator replacement done by FitzGerald and the technician Tommy. If you did not know, FitzGerald provides services around the clock - this was one of the reasons I called them at the first place because I did not find the issue until 4pm on a Monday. The lady answering the pone quickly confirmed my request. Tommy and his helper Sammy showed up about 6:30pm, immediately after they completed the previous job. Tommy was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Not only did he do a great job of replacing the regulator, he also altered the pipe around it so future access to it would be easier. The tips about the plumbing system he gave me were very useful. The crew did the repair and adjusts quickly, and cleaned up the area nicely. Their job is much better than the water heater replacement I had by a big box store a few years ago. I also like the fact that they are a local family owned business. FitzGerald will have my future plumbing jobs, and I hope they will send Tommy again.

We needed a a new water heater. Chase and Gannon came out to install our water heater. They were very polite and professional throughout the installation. They clearly explained the installation process and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company for any and all of your plumbing needs.

I was fortunate enough to have Jesse and Kevin come and fix a cracked PVC male adapter that screwed into the brass check valve at the water meter. They were super professional, friendly and came right away. They not only fixed the problem, but when they cleaned up from the job, you couldn't even tell they were ever there. If I need a plumber again, I will be calling and asking for them personally. As representatives of the company, they are WONDERFUL. Fitzgerald & Sons are very lucky to have 2 such fine gentlemen on their staff.

Jimmy and Elijah are skilled and knowledgeable at diagnosing and remedying plumbing issues. Their professionalism and customer service exceeded my expectations. They do a fabulous job explaining their findings and their proposed treatment plan. I can’t begin to describe the courtesy and kindness of this team: Jimmy , Elijah, Maria (office), and Shannon (office). Look no further. Fitzgerald & Sons is the only company for me!

Our water pressure at random went to a minimum, Fitzgerald and Sons came out and quoted the same day. Their quote was by far the beat in the area. They fit us in during a busy holiday week, which we appreciated very much. Tommy D and Elijah the Service Techs were on time, finished replacing entire water heater, and cleaned up every piece of scrap behind them. Tommy was very professional and had great customer service!
