I haven't been . Need an interview.
March 5th - Servicemaster came to our house and insurance estimate was given to Jeff Crews. We were supposed to hear from Rusty and have him out, we never got a call. We had to call Jeff four more times before we got in touch with Rusty directly, March 20th. We were told they could start work in four weeks. Rebecca and another lady came out, we opened the wall on March 22nd, they said they'd get estimate together on the 23rd and email everything to the insurance company on Monday the 26th. After no communication, we called Servicemaster April 6th, April 9th and April 10th. April 11th, they called and said they could review the estimate with us so they could begin work. We asked that they start the work after contacting the insurance company. Rusty emailed us April 13th, stating that due to their work volume, they couldn't take care of our project. That was only one week from the time we were told they could start work.
