Good service professional
I use their home pick up and delivery service, and can count on Lakeside Cleaners to provide reliable and quality service. Any time a garment requires special attention (clean stain, fix button, sew pocket, starch instructions, etc(, I pin a note to the item and it's taken care of! Lakeside have never missed a pick up or delivery in the 2 years that I've been using them!nnHighly recommended!
Worst dry cleaners I have ever used!!!! They ruined a very expensive blazer and didn’t even apologize, let alone offer to refun the cost of the dry cleaning expense. I attempted to contact the manager/owner several times and never received follow-up. NOTE: this dry cleaner is associated with Ultra Fine Cleaners in Thomas Crossroads in the Plubix plaza....equally bad!
Dropped off items to be cleaned and have patches sewn on. Was not ready buy quoted date. When picked up a, jacket was wet and missing a liner. All of the patches were sewn on at different angles and uneven. Took a month to get them back after a second attempt. Still not fixed. Still don't have the jacket liner. Worst cleaner I have ever used.
