Great staff and nice small town feel. I love going here. Not once have I come in that I was not greater and asked if I needed help finding something. Truly old school and wonderful.
It is local. The ladies are friendly and helpful. You are greeted when you enter and asked if you need help.nMy only gripe and it is a small one is they carried more soldering and electrical repair items.
I live way on the other side of town and I shop at this Hardware store because of the excellent customer service they provide. They are always so happy to help you. You will never wander this store aimlessly looking for what you need.
I like using them as opposed to the big box stores. no matter what you're do it yourself project is there is someone there that knows how to do it and will help you get the right parts. My only reservation is the staff does not wear masks and they are not really paying much attention to covid safety. They have better customer service than the big box stores. Their prices are higher than big box, but I figure that's the price of their knowledge and customer service.
Small town charm. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. NO ONE WEARING A MASK. STAFF OR CUSTOMERS.
