Pell plumbing helped us cap a gas line in our basement. They showed up at the time they quoted. He was very professional and was able to thoroughly explain what services will be provided and cost before doing any work. Work was completed diligently. I highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing services.
Pell Plumbing called back right away and was able to schedule an appointment on Monday when I called on Saturday. They came during the agreed-to time window and called before they arrived. The job went smoothly. The old toilet and box for the new toilet were taken away. I would recommend and did actually use Pell again.
I love having a plumber we trust. We got a great recommendation before we first used this team. We had several pin hole leaks and they replaced all the hot water lines in basement. They also found a few leaks we had not found yet.nThis time, when I sprang a new leak, in a different spot, and they came back out and fixed it quickly. Again, so nice to have a plumber you trust! Main sewage line backed up in our house late in the day. Pell Plumbing responded quickly, set up flood lights to dig in the dark, and had the issue resolved within a few hours. Returned the next day to wrap up the repairs. 5 star experience. Thanks.
