Keith Hall was the plumber sent to our home.. He was very prompt and cordial. He educated me on the issues we had in the bathroom and kitchen and explained his process. He was quick and efficient. He did a fine job and fixed the issues we had. On top of all that he gave me an understanding between pressure and volume, which I now will look for whenever I purchase a new faucet. Anyone who takes the time to teach their craft freely shows that they care for the customer.nExcellent work

Superior Plumbing provides excellent service. When I called, the receptionist listened thoroughly to my issue. Jay contacted me the morning of the service to let me know they could send someone out before the original appointment time. Mitchell McCoy represented Superior Plumbing well. He knew exactly how to address my problem. Bill really helped us out! Our shower drain was significantly blocked, and he knew exactly how to clean it out and fix it! After we previously tried many methods to unclog the drain (including baking soda/vinegar) we realized we needed professional help! Bill was lovely and very quick! He arrived early and got straight to work, helping us in no time! Thank you very much for such great service and professionalism!
