Very responsible, fair and accommodating. My water heater had a gurgling sound one year after installation and the manager had it repaired at no additional cost. A year later the unit works well. Very satisfied!
The receptionist/dispatcher as well as the 2 techs that came on site were great. Very friendly, professional and timely. No work was actually done but they gave me all the details I needed and didn't charge me anything out of courtesy which I greatly appreciate.
When I spoke with Eric, owner, I was very impressed with his knowledge of the problem and willingness to fully explain it and all of the repair options BEFORE I had even decided to request his company’s services. The plumber who subsequently came to my home was courteous and professional and completed the tasks I had requested be done.
