These guys installed a new hot water heater for me. It was super fast and they did such a great job of cleaning up everything. They were also super quiet while I worked from home. They even helped me look at a couple other plumping concerns/question I had without charging extra. My hot water had been perfect ever since. Wonderful customer service and Prodcuts. I called this morning, and left a message. They called me back within 2 hours, and got someone to my house with 5 hours, which was amazing. They showed up at the given time they said they would, which is rare! Garrett walked me through the issue, and answered all of my questions before he got to work! He was able to fix my hot water heater within 45 minutes. I also got a discount because I am a teacher, and I really appreciated it. Excellent job, and will recommend, and call them again if I need a plumber.
When I called to see about fixing a wobbly toilet, I got the prices right over the phone and got a quick appointment. Their rep, Brandon, showed up on time and had everything he needed to complete the job. He was professional and a very nice guy. I was very impressed with the work he did. I would definitely use them again. And I got a senior discount, which was very nice of them to do that.
Garrett did a fantastic job with the tub and shower kit. Fixed the water flow and the whistling spout. Very professional and will recommend this company to all my clients. Great pricing and very honest.
