So far I haven't had any problems with them. But today I got a bill for $9.90 for (2) dress shirts which I thought it was outrageous because I never paid that much for men shirt - I used to pay less than $2.00 e/a. I am not happy for send not to tell me that they were dry cleaning the shirts when they have always been washed. Because of the price increase and for not telling me what I wanted to do I am giving them a 3 star. Otherwise, I have no problem so far.

I had been coming here since 2004, but I'm very disappointed now with their most recent counter employee, I'd describe as unenthusiastic and unempathetic. I've waited for them to open 20-30 minutes past their stated opening time, been quoted service times of over 2-3 business days.nI'll come in and rather than take my clothes she'll continue sitting doing whatever she does on her personal phone. I just don't have time or the emotional energy to be loyal to a business that has competitors existing at almost every block more willing to take my clothes and wash them within a reasonable amount of time.

I never post reviews, but when I was new to the area and looking for a trusted cleaners place it was hard. Best Care Cleaners is great!! I trust them with my clothes, and I am always happy with my results. Fast, friendly, and reliable. I would definitely recommend them.
