Joe finished installed many things in our basement! He did an amazing job. He showed up on time and was very respectful of our property! He walked us through everything that needed to get done so we understood the process. Rapid response; diagnosed and properly fixed leak same day as call. Explained and pointed out the issue and how to fix it. This was our third plumbing issue over our decade in this home and we will call on them every time.
Joe took on a crossover Hot/Cold problem that other plumbers would probably walked on. He solved the very difficult problem and installed a new tankless water heater. I would not hesitate to call him again for any of my plumbing needs.
Joe did significant work for us: rerouting plumbing, framing and installing a drop-in tub, and then taking care that the tile work matched the existing design. He also installed a recirculation pump for us. We've been pleased with the quality of his work. He was very patient and consistent throughout. Happy to recommend him.
