I had an unexpected, last minute suit which I needed a rush on. I phoned the company and spoke with the most compassionate and understanding lady. She was eager to help me and was genuinely sincere.
This place is awesome!! The staff and owner are so friendly, down home atmosphere. Customer service at its best! I do not give a lot of 5 stars but this business deserves the best rating!! I highly recommend!!
I was upset with my first experience at this cleaners as my uniforms weren’t up to par so I left a review... The owner Melissa reached out to me herself and offered to fix my uniforms free of charge, which I have received and they are exactly how I informed her I wanted them. Melissa looks out for her customers which means a lot to myself. I recommend Mrs. Melissa for those of you that want someone that will give you what you pay for, she is very polite and very professional.
