It was a pleasure to deal with the office and get the work scheduled. Jermey, the technician, arrived right on time was unobtrusive and did a fantastic job. We have a great deal of tile that needed cleaning especially in the kitchen. It all looks brand new. Great job!

Our whole dealings with this company were not only positive, but excellent. Their prices are posted on their webpage, so there are no unpleasant surprises. They answered the request that I sent very quickly, and they were even able to accommodate an appointment the next day. Jeremiah was very professional and he did an excellent job cleaning our sofa and chair. He pointed out the spots he was unable to remove. Even though it was just a sofa and chair, it is not as easy a job as some because we are on the third floor and he had to bring all the equipment up which was many times up and down the stairs on a very hot day. We thank Tru-Steam for a job well done, and we will be calling to schedule our tile cleaning in the fall.

It was incredibly easy to book my services and even though I had to reschedule, the availability offered to me was excellent. I usually received an email reply the same day or within 24 hours. The technician was on time and professional. Unfortunately, the stain in the upholstery that I wanted cleaned was unable to be removed, not from lack of trying though.

I experienced wonderful customer service from my first call, until the technician left my home. The person I spoke with when I called to schedule was very friendly and helpful in getting my service scheduled. I received a nice reminder call in advance of the service, and the technician arrived on time. He explained what he would be doing and provided tips to make sure I allowed plenty of time for letting my carpets dry. I'm also very pleased with the quality of the work. Because I have a dog, I opted for the extra pet enzyme - which was definitely worth it. The carpets now look clean and smell so fresh.

Affordable, quick and easy! I had my furniture, carpet and an area rug done and it looks brand new. Very detailed and efficient. Quick to respond to questions and bookings, as well. Definitely will be using their services again.
