Highly recommend. Recently had stair runners and bedroom carpeting installed. Very professional and each installer made sure to take their time and did beautiful work. Very glad to have given my work to a home town business.
Installed vinyl floating floor in my business. Came out great. Neat and clean. They took all of the trash as I did not have a dumpster. They have also done work in my previous home in billerica. Never a problem.
Terrible customer service. Had carpet put in a few years ago and needed a restretch on a room with no furniture that has never even been used. Wanted to charge an absurd price unless someone was “already in the area.” This is the second time someone had to come out and restretch the carpet....it should not be doing this after a few years. Will find someone else with better service. Do not use them...you will be disappointed in a few years!
