This was my first time here. Not a bad place, fairly clean, everyone was nice. I was disappointed that only 1 of the top loading machines was available. All the others were out of order and the front loaders were full. But thankfully I didn't have too much to wash. The dryer I used was great. Unfortunately, a few were out of order as well. But I only needed 1. Plenty of space for folding. TOP TIP: early morning is a great time to go as more people come the closer to lunch time it gets.

It's a pleasant place to go and do your laundry I've been doing my laundry there for a long time now they keep it clean, smelling good, and safe

I use this facility regularly. It's clean always not just because of the pandemic. They do sometimes have a machine out but it's fixes by the next visit. I visit weekly. I would and have recommended it more than once. It's the best carrollton has.

Today is my second visit to this laundry mat. My first was not at all what I had imagine. Considering it was during the pandemic I was impressed with the cleanliness. But saddened that a couple of the washers were out of service and one of the dryers I started to use had a lot of metal pieces pulled up so it snagged my clothes. Also the change machine took my $10 and did not give me change. I followed the instructions on the machine and requested a refund. As of today I have not received it.nI decided to give them a second chance today. And once again it seems clean. But very disappointing. The sign reads do not leave clothes unattended or they will set your clothes out, and out of the 20 machines there were 14 left unattended for over an hour! Causing me not to be able to wash but one out of 2 loads of clothes. Also 3 dryers do not work and take your money (one got mine and the other 2 got 2 ladies also here)nI definately will not be giving them another try.
