I have been using this Cleaner for years & I must say that I have had clothes way over 30 days but recently I put my clothes there & which they have my phone number & address!! I called B prior to picking my clothes up & talked to the Wife she pulled my tickets & told me my total.. When I got there I asked for my clothes & the owner her husband could only find 1 bundle of my clothes!! He then called his wife & ask her where she put the other clothes she responded that she pulled them.. The owner ask me could I come back b/ c he was waiting on his wife to come to the Clearners.. To make a long story short he told me that me & somebody else had the same ticket number & that his wife had given my clothes to someone else & that they was waiting on the ppl to return the clothes & would call me back.. Today 11/6/2020 I called the husband told me that he through my clothes in the trash b/c they was there for more than 30 days!! I responded back to him & said if that was so why you still had the other set of clothes.. He lied to me from Begin & I didn’t expect that from him b/c I have been going there A long time!!!
