I have a monthly subscription for the supreme service. I've had a terrifying experience in the wash twice. The first one the attendant sent a truck through to close behind my car and towards the end of the wash where the tire and wheel cleaner begins my car wouldn't go forward because of the conveyor system and the truck behind me started bumping my rear end. Then today my car was just stuck spinning in the same area so I had to just put it in drive and get the heck out of there! Never again will I go there again and I'm cancelling my membership.
I sure am missing my fave toy here at the car wash.I hope the Auto cleaning mat machine is back in commission soon.Otherwise these guys are always amazing. Outstanding customer service.
Love this place! Everyone is so friendly, the place is clean, and the vacuums are usually in great condition. I have the monthly subscription and it's worth it for me. Pays for itself on the second wash of the month. I don't have to wait until my car is super dirty. I wash it at least once a week. Highly recommend.
