Oh my goodness! If I could give this place 100 stars, I would!! First of all, when we pulled in, and Charlie and the man working with him waved to all my children and even gave them fist bumps and talked to them until it was time to go through the wash!! After the wash I was cleaning the inside of my car and Charlie came up to us and washed a spot on the back glass I had missed and even took the spray and rag back for me so I wouldn’t have to leave my kids unattended! He sat out here talking to us about the passes and what all this place offers. He was just so warm and friendly. You don’t see that in customer service anymore. He really made us feel so important! He made my childrens day! If any of the higher ups read this, Charlie and his coworker are amazing people with so much to offer your company! They really really brought joy to my babies day!nThanks guys. We will be coming back! The car wash was great but even if it had sucked we would come back just to see these 2 gems!
They were super nice at first, then when I got charged after the special they ran , I called to cancel the $40 a month membership, and they were really rude. I just don't live in DeFuniak,spot seemed pointless to keep it.
Washed my truck and it cleaned very nicely.
