I went to 4 different places before coming here and finding what I wanted. The woman there was so helpful and worked with my daughter since I couldn't walk into the store. Great staff

Terrible experience! My husband and myself entered the store and the young male clerk told me to leave my backpack by the cashier desk. We left, put it in the car and returned. My husband was going to purchase an item but it wasn't available. I walk every day with my personal items in the backpack. One other store has made it their policy. If the cashier's had said in the beginning of the conversation that it is store policy to leave backpack by the front desk maybe it would have gone better. I will never return to these two stores. Living in this city for over 50 years and to be treated like a criminal.

Even though it's a discount tool and many other things store, their products are good quality and the prices are extremely low. If you haven't been to Harbor Freight, I suggest you stop by and spend a couple of minutes looking around the store to see all the things they have and to check the pricing. You would be surprised. This is another place I check out before I go to the big hardware stores like Lowe's and Home Depot. I am retired living on a budget and can't afford to waste money, so I go to Harbor Freight first.
