I placed the wrong item through Sub app then called to cancel, the man said ok. But later I still got email confirmation, which means it charged. So I have to come to their store, in person to tell them I called earlier and I’m here right now, just canceled my order please. He put something on his machine and said ok cancel.nNow, a week later from that day, my card still be charged and the order HAD NEVER BEEN CANCELED.nI am sorry guys, I will never ever get anything from this store again. Definitely.

I know this is just a Subway, but they were super skimpy on all of the toppings with my sandwich. I received a footlong with literally 6 pickles, 4 tomato slices, and just over ten individual spinach leaves. Sounds ridiculous, but I actually counted them out. Also, the meat was barely enough to fill a 6 inch sub. When I asked for more vegetables I was given 1 more tomato slice and 1 more pickle. Barely given any sauce either. Every other time I've been to a Subway the food at least fills/covers the bread. Clearly trying to save money, but you're going to lose it by not having anymore customers.

The place is clean and friendly servers. They always try to upsell me on guacamole and it's pretty funny. The food is fresh and quick.
