I called to schedule a furnace tune-up. The servicing company responded the same day. I was not available for two weeks. The service man arrived perfectly on time. I had a part that needed to be replaced. Within an hour, the furnace was repaired. My home is warm and I'm sure my utility bill will be less, the furnace is much more efficient. Having Acclaimed Home Warranty is a decision to be proud to tell.

I would recommend this company. I had issues with my cooling system on a weekend. I got the answering service and they relayed the message to the warranty right away. They called me and it was easy to communicate with them. They also communicate through email as well. Which was nice. When it was a weekend. They were still communicating with me. They cover quite a bit and their upgrades are really nice, and cheap. I feel safe with this home warranty by far.

There is added peace of mind with having a good home warranty on your home. I have Acclaimed Home Warranty on all of my residential properties, to include my personal residence and rental properties. Kyle Thomas is my marketing rep, and he stands behind his promise of excellence. I have utilized the re-key service, the HVAC service and this past week had to have the disposal replaced at one property. I was thankful to have Acclaimed Home Warranty in place.

I called Five days ago to schedule someone to come out. It was a weekend so I get it I may not get a response until Monday. I wait until Monday then call the assigned service company. They informed me they were actually booked out for two weeks and that if that wasn’t going to work for me I should call back and get reassigned. I called acclaimed back and they reassigned me and assured me that the new provider would get out within 24 hours . Again I called the service provider. They said they are booked out for a week and we’re never informed a quick turnaround was needed. Again I called acclaimed to get reassigned. This time the customer service specialist asked if they could call around and call me back to confirm someone was available with a quick timeframe. Again I get reassigned. I called the assigned company to again get a confirmation. They are surprised I was told there was a next day turnaround as they stated no one from acclaimed had actually called them. At this point I’ve spent five days without hot water. Been reassigned three times and have been told each time that they had checked when it was obvious they had not. This is a waste of my time and honestly livid.

I went with Acclaimed when I bought my house because they had much better reviews than the big home warranty companies. I have had a couple of claims so far. There were a few issues caused by the local contractors that were sent out, but what has really impressed me is how the Acclaimed team (especially Ryan) has gone above and beyond to make sure that any problems were taken care of. They sincerely stand behind their customers and do the right thing.
