I pass this cleaner every day any time I leave my house, because it is maybe 250 ft from my doorstep... and I still travel to Newton (via public transit) to get my clothes dry cleaned... that's how disappointed I am in this cleaner.nnThey do on OK job for cotton button downs, but anything designer or silk, and ESP coats, I would recommend somewhere else. I paid to have a winter coat cleaned, and when I got it back, it STILL had dirt marks on it. Brought it to my previous cleaner in Newton, and had everything ACTUALLY cleaned off of it.nnThis is not the first item that was not properly cleaned. I've brought items off and on for 2 years.What's worse is that I have mentioned to them marks still being on items, and they tell me it's a shadow, or permanent stain... but no other dry cleaner (including Dependable Cleaners in Watertown Square) has had any issue with these items. I understand not all stains can be removed, but I know A LOT about fabrication, cleaning, dry cleaning, stain removal, and fabric integrity, so I don't appreciate someone telling me the garment is defective when it's clearly that they didn't do the job properly.nnI would recommend for a wash and fold service. The owners seem nice enough, but definitely would not recommend anything you expect a proper cleaning for.

This place is awesome. They did a very nice job cleaning my coat and sweaters. The price is very reasonable and the service is great. I recommend to my friend who came here for tailoring clothes, and my friend was also satisfied with the service they provided!

They do a great job cleaning my winter woolen sweaters. I take them in spring and they hang them in sealed plastic bags that store beautifully over the summer. No moth problems ever!

Good service. Suits and shirts looked great. They were not particularly fast but you can pay express if needed.
