I’ve been using their service for a year now and couldn’t be happier. They do a fantastic job washing my clothes and their dry cleaning quality and prices are the best around. Love that their dry cleaning is Eco friendly.
I’ve been a customer of Watertown Laundromat for years. I love their dependable service. There’s nothing like handing someone your dirty laundry and getting back clean folded clothes!
Excellent service, and good prices, added a no contact pickup and drop-off service recently which is really welcome with the difficult times we are in.
Had my laundry picked up for wash, dry, fold. Laundry returned nicely folded, but was not fresh at all everything reeked with a dirty bad odor. Nothing smelled freshly washed. Paid for$180 worth of laundry to only have to re wash again because they did a horrible job. Then had the nerve to offer me 20% off for my next wash. Absolutely not, no thank you it will never be a next time.
