I was very impressed with RPM plumbing, the quality of work, pricing and professionalism was awesome. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job early. I would absolutely use them again for any future plumbing services...5 stars👍

We had a team from RPM do a complete repiping of the house, replacing old galvanized and copper with PEX.. They were right on time with their scheduling, very systematic and organized, which is critical for minimizing the inevitable disruption. All along they were up-front in discussing options and workarounds for tricky spots. And good clean-up afterwards. First-rate. They followed up promptly when a minor problem arose and fixed it on the spot.

Jay showed up exactly on time. Last year he repiped my house and installed a water softener. Why I waited 30 years to do it is beyond me. Now I hardly every need to clean my shower Stays clean with no hard water crud. My skin doesn't itch. Faucets stay clean. Skin wrinkles disappeared. When they did the repipe they used someone who could get into a tiny crawl space so no walls/tile area had to be cut open. My house is 130 years old and they did a magnificent job. It was done in a day!!! Today he came because I had been messing with circuit breakers and screwed up the softener control board. I had tried to fix it using the manual with no success, Jay took a look, pushed some buttons & it was up & running, No charge for the service call and he even drained my hot water heater and adjusted my toilet. What a deal. Courteous, user friendly, efficient. RPM's number is in my phone for plumbing needs from now on.

Wow! Hands down the best plumbers I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with! I don’t often find myself impressed enough to leave a review for plumbers... but I gotta say, Mike’s professionalism and integrity easily earned him a 5-star rating. Mike was kind enough to allocate more men for my project... just to get it done in a timely manner. I also shopped around and Mike’s prices are pretty unbeatable. For the quality of work and the services performed.. I would have been happy to pay MORE than what he quoted me. I certainly expected a much bigger bill. Thanks RPM for the professionalism and awesome service! I’ll be sure to call you again for all my plumbing woes

Having one's home re-piped could be described as a cross between a home invasion and a short-notice, days-long proctological exam.   With that forced "intimacy" as a premise, who does the job makes ALL the difference.  R.P.M. Plumbing (Jay's crew in particular)  did an especially conscientious job, and I feel we really lucked out.  (Google reviews has a meager word-count limit, so I'll skip the rant about polybutylene manufacturer tort law).    We received two separate estimates for replacing the polybute in our 30+ year old house; one from a conventional plumbing company advertising their willingness to tackle such a job, and R.P.M's (which [I think] is a subcontractor for Repipe Specialists, our initial point of contact). "Brand X" quoted twice the price and several weeks to do the job, being very light on details about specifics. They gave the impression it would be hard for them.  We went with the "2 1/2 day" and "half as much option" R.P.M. bid, not only for those two reasons but also it seems they do repiping as their bread and butter and their learning curve seemed much farther along; (Jay's been doing this 8 years and counting.)  The PEX they use and its crimping method also seem to be the highest standard.     Unlike most repiping jobs, ours was an outlier in that we had not (yet) had leaks, and being already on borrowed time with decades of embrittling polybute, we opted to take our medicine on our own timeline.     The team arrived when they said they would, worked carefully and diligently throughout what ended up being four full days of a very challenging house, they took very good care to cover the carpet and areas proximate to the 45 or so drywall cuts, cleaned up perfectly when done, and when the project was over it was not only as "good as new," but in some surprising ways, better.  How?  Better water flow with the larger inside-diameter PEX, improved recirc. routing and zones, quarter-turn valves and braided steel lines to all fixtures, surge protectors on washer connections, and a relocated and much more useful "all season" hose bib precisely where one should have been placed in the original construction.  I did not bargain for these improvements, Jay and company simply did it better as part of the job.    They bent over backwards to map out the details intelligently, minimizing cuts and doing what it took to avoid accessing fixtures through tile, travertine, etc which would have yielded much more expensive repairs after they left.   My wife had been wringing her wrists about some "iffy" (or worse) Re-pipe Specialist online reviews going back to 2015, so my advice is to go directly to R.P.M. and insist on having Jay (or Mike) as leads bringing Tyson with them to your project.  They're a good bunch of guys who know what they're doing, treating us and our house very well.  A lucky find.
