I wish it was possible to give them a -2,000 star rating. I have had some horrible and miserable experiences in my life but Lowe's wins the contest hands down. Somebody hand them the trophy. Whatever you do when you see a Lowe's turn around and drive as fast as you can in the other direction and you can thank me later. We are currently in the middle of a nightmare that has lasted two weeks so far. We went into the store and bought it in person and paid in full for a refrigerator and ice maker. Everything since then has been a complete nightmare. It's been a week and we are still waiting for them to be competent enough to do their jobs correctly.nThe geniuses that came today to install the ice maker were not able to do so because the other Einstein's gave us the incorrect part. Instead of them trying to solve the problem they just blame the store and leave the part in the middle of the kitchen floor and leave. As seen in these attached pics.nSuch professionalism.

Tony in lumber is awesome with a capital A. I came in thinking of a project that I would like to do for a beauty station in my home and even though Tony was not a expert in the field of lumber he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me in every way possible. I really enjoyed the experience I had with him. Keep up the good work Tony. (P.S. I HOPE HE IS RECOGNIZED FOR THE SERVICE HE PROVIDES THE CUSTOMERS)

Supervisor Tony in lumber was amazing he went above and beyond to help me keep a smile on my wife’s face he is and amazing guy with a awesome personality. He didn’t know much about the store but that didn’t stop him from still actively looking until he was able to get me all that I needed before I left the store. 5 star for his performance.
