Most of the time, staff is very friendly and helpful. I never have to wait very long in line. Jason was super helpful with my chainsaw purchase.

The so called manager names Logan has a real attitude problem. I tried to return a “lifetime warranty ace product” that didn’t work and Logan’s attitude was buy a new one or leave now. Then he proceeded to say that I was switching boxes on what I was trying to get an exchange on. I was confused and annoyed with the whole experience. Called corporate and they were on my corner but Logan the so called manager wasn’t hearing it. Ace hardware stores are independently owned and operated and he wasn’t obliged to honor any returns or warranty. Also was made to feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. ZERO PEOPLE SKILLS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go to Lowe’s or home depot and save yourself the headache.

Was in a bind to finish a job and this Ace Hardware did an outstanding job in helping us and getting us what we needed. Thanks much for the help much appreciated. Great customer experience.

This place is really clean place. cashiers are very nice and polite and I 100% recommended places you'll find everything you need if you never enter Ace hardware store. A customer for life

Victor was a great help. He went above and beyond to help me. He took time to help me find what I was looking for and even went outside to help me put the zip ties on my car. He deserves a raise! Great customer service! Thank you Victor!!
