Made sure to be at store at 8 am opening so I could rent a pressure washer on my only day offnThey gave me a pressure washer that didn’t start waisted my day.nnVery bad service and they didn’t even care, now I have to wait 2 weeks for a day off, shop here weekly but no morennBusiness responded showing that they care about customers , I’ll give them 5 stars for trying to improve

Wow exceptional staff Mr.Robert cashier Maci absolutely magnificent I went there kind of late like 7:30 pm sliding through the door I knew it was super duper close to 8:00 closing time I found the screws I was looking for so I thought but it turned out they are wrong size Maci asked did anyone help me I said no he called and as I went back to screw section there was Mr Robert he went a found the screws I needed and most importantly he did it with grace thank you so much for hiring these two magnificent people and I will be back love your service people have a magnificent evening Vera

Biggest ace hardware store i have visited and the staff was atrocious, no one cared to help and when they heard the displeasure in my voice they all ran away and ignored me. I'm not used to this type of service from ace seeing in how I shop regularly for Handyman work. Well I will make sure to steer clear of this place in the future. All you handy men, plumber's, electricians stay away from the poor service here, what a shame for the Ace name.

Parking sucks but store is amazing. Literally got blocked in by some people that also blocked in 5 others..
