I searched ahead for what I needed. When I got there, they didn't have it. I found another workable product. Ace sent a coupon for use in store. They scanned it, it said already used, which was impossible. They were unwilling to do anything to help. I left unhappy and frustrated.

Tha merchandise is always exactly what I am looking for but several of the employees need to learn respect and manners. A customer is there to have to deal with their ethnic intolerance. Mind new people on both occasions.
