Stay away from this store. I came to the store on 10/1/2020. I needed to replace my lock cylinder. I brought the original cylinder with me and showed it to the sales associate and he provided me with the replacement, stated that it should work. I asked the sales person the question about return the item in case it will not work and he said yes, you can return it. So, I purchased the item and gave it to my contractor who suppose to install it for me. Contractor check that cylinder and told me that it is wrong one and suggested to return it. When I came back to the store to return it and it is in the original condition and package, the owner of the store told me that they do returns, he pointed me out to the sign that says all sales are final. That sign was never shown to me and/or brought to my attention and I don't think it was even there at the time of the purchase. So, they refused to take it back even though they sold me a wrong item.
The locksmith came to our home and fixed the lock completely and professionally. Very reasonable cost.
I have been extremely impression by the thoroughness, competence and professional integrity of the proprietor, having dealt with him on several occasions. Highly recommended
I went to multiple places that refused to make key copies for me saying they needed a special machine in order to cut the keys but Brighton locksmith took me right and and cut copies for me in a few short minutes. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable and I definitely will give them business whenever possible
Their staff is very friendly, skilled and responsive! I have hired Arias Locksmiths for a couple of times for my warehouses. They deserve my excellent review. They are always so nice to us and do their job satisfactorily. They are really reliable!
