Crestview Ready Rent & Sales

I dropped off an echo blower for service and was told they would look at it in a few days to a week. Once that time had passed they got very rude when I called for a status and now state that since it was not purchased there it would be another week to week and a half before they could look at it. I understand they are busy but being rude and not giving the correct information I’m the beginning isn’t my fault. I was going to purchase a new trimmer for my husband but I won’t do any business with this company again. Plenty more places around that will happily take my money.

Rude people. Have to rent there trailer to haul anything. Made me rent a trailer for a tractor. My trailer was better and could hold the weight. Now they said my truck couldn't pull the trailer. I would look for any other place then them to rent equipment from. I know i will and tell my freinds not to rent from them. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!

Rented a wood chipper from them. Jimmy was very helpful, and walked me through how to operate their equipment properly and safely. Chipper worked flawlessly. Thanks!
