Annie is THE BEST! Not only was she patient with me, she was never pushy. She had MY best interest as her number one priority. When I found what I wanted, she got me under contract before the scheduled open house. The sellers tried to counter with something she knew I would not be okay with and stood her ground on my behalf. She is professional, kind, and an expert in her field. I highly recommend Annie Nelson.

Annie was so helpful and patient as I was selling my condo and trying to find my new perfect home. She helped me find options that fit my needs and price point. And when I was torn between 2 places she was gracious enough to schedule appointments to see them several times. Then helped me figure my way through the buying process because it had been a few years since i bought my first place. She was a joy to work with, easy to get a hold of with any questions and that allowed me to feel comfortable with the process of both selling and buying with her. i would use her again in a heartbeat, as well as recommend her to my family and friends.

She is a great negotiator and makes sure the client is getting the best buy possible. She works tirelessly throughout the whole transaction and follows up on every detail to make sure all deadlines are met and everything is a smooth process.

I have used Annie twice now. Once when buying my first little condo😜, and again when I had to sell it 😢. She was great. She is easy to work with and goes the extra mile to make the process as positive as possible. Buying and selling your home isn't always the best experience and Annie does her best to make it tolerable. Thank you Annie for your hard work!

Annie is the BEST!! She had our first house under contract so fast and helped us with what seemed like an impossible house hunt for our second home. My husband and I probably looked at 100 houses, Annie was so patient with us and really took in our comments of likes and dislikes and she helped us find our forever home. I was traveling for work out of state when I got a call from my husband and Annie saying they had found the perfect house. I new by the excitement in Annie voice that she was confident this was THE ONE!! It turned out to be the perfect home for us. Thank you to Annie and everyone at Ponderosa Properties for making it happen.
