Loved my apartment here. The staff were helpful and the grounds were really nicely kept. I rented on the top floor and didn't seem to have any issues with temperature control. I had good neighbors (quiet, respectful, etc). The unit was remodeled and was well priced. I looked at quite a few prior to finding this one.
The staff is really great, especially Scott who helped us move in. Theyve always done a great job taking care of us and are attentive to resident needs. We've had a great time here, probably the best place we've ever lived. Quiet but active, huge grounds, very dog friendly. Its like a quaint little village hidden within the city. Couldn't be more satisfied after nearly 2 years here.
The apartment was definitely not cleaned or painted when I moved in. I had to clean all the drawers and cupboards and bathroom before I could move things in. I accepted this as part of the cheap move in but I was charged $130 for painting and cleaning upon moving out. I would have no complaint with this if it was actually occurring. The building I was in was also quite mice infested, you could hear them in the walls at night. I caught several in traps and found one living in the stove when I went back to clean after leaving it empty for a week. Insist they make things right for you while you live there.
I have been a resident at Wasatch Club for over a year now, and I have no complaints. The office staff is always happy and willing to help with any questions I have had. The community is quiet and my neighbors are all very kind.
We lived here for 2 years and had not one problem with staff or maintenance. Very pleased with this property! Thank you Scott, Elizabeth and Ashley, for a positive experience. We will miss you!
