Axio 8400

My experience here at Axio 8400 has been wonderful! The management team is super friendly and they’re always willing to help out when we call / walk to the leasing office. Erin and Conner are lovely people and have been nothing but friendly and extremely helpful! When our garage didn’t open the maintenance worker Oscar Zarate helped us. He was very professional, and quick to fix our issue.

I must say that this was the absolute best experience I have ever had when moving into a new apartment. Connor is the best Leasing Agent of all time. She was extremely helpful with answering my questions, and made the process so easy. I felt like she genuinely cared about me, and my situation. The housing is extremely nice and updated, and the gym and pool areas are fantastic. There is a real since of community. I am truly proud to have found such a great place to live.

PLEASE make sure you read everyone’s review before actually choosing to live here. This is my first time writing a review on axio after a year of living here and I was really hoping on not writing a review because I had high hopes of change due to the promises told.The first three months were great, the only issue was parking which was reasonable and we worked through it. Then they switch the management team and we quickly realized they weren’t much of a help when it came down to complaints and issues. We are now on our third management team in less than a year and nothing has changed. We recently came to the new management team with a situation concerning someone in a building selling illegal substances and although they claim to be doing something, it has now been 3 months with the same thing going on. There are people walking in and out of one apartment all day and night. They even have people sleep on the ground. It’s getting sketchy and very unsafe to be around the building. There are cigarette buds on the ground that the management refuses to pick up even when they claim to be a “strict nonsmoking community“. Breezeways here will make you think you are at a casino in Vegas. Good luck trying to get someone to help as well, they promise to show up whenever you give them a call about an issue and 0 times out of 50, they won’t show. We unfortunately renewed our lease here because of broken promises and we are now highly considering on leaving here as soon as possible. You might just get lucky and live in the one building that has no issues.

Initially I had a bad experience due the prior management (2019). I am so happy that Cameron and Sarah Connor are part of the team, they make the days here very comfortable, they are always there to help you and I could say more, but I don’t have enough words to describe how great they are. The facilities are great as well and the apartments good and comfortable. Thank you !!

I have had great experience with the staff members at Axio 8400 but specifically with Connor. She had the answers to the questions I had and helped me every step of the way. She made moving in extremely easy and that's saying a lot! Thank you!!!
