The Home Depot

We went to this Home Depot while my mom was in town from MN. Our goal was to get some plants to do some landscaping in our yard. We have only lived in FL for less than 2 years- so we don’t know a lot about horticulture in Florida. As we began looking at plants, Chris approached us to help. She was hands down amazing! She helped us with everything- picking the correct plants for our area- sunlight needed.. how to plant.. she was amazing!! I highly recommend this location!

They usually have what you're looking for. Hardware, household and outdoors.

Can't ever find help here. We left after waiting 20 mins

They keep the store clean and even the garden department was well kept. One employee was very helpful and personable with my requests but a gentleman employee in the doors department did not seem like he wanted to work or help me out when I asked him to please move a piece of equipment that was in the way and when I had a few questions for him. Also, the self checkout was faulty for myself and another person that I was there with. They just need to encourage their employees to be more helpful and personable.

So we just left this store. The staff is great. Their in stock situation is pitiful with nothing available to complete a project. Anyways as we were standing in the line of about 7 people waiting on the service desk, a gentleman in khaki pants and a plaid shirt who was a key holder of sorts although he had no vest or any form of identification to inform anyone he was a representative the company was more concerned that we stood on the squares on the floor provided vs blocking the front door or hoping on a closed register to help out the amount of us that were waiting to be helped. His was rude with his communication and barked orders at us instead of any kind of customer service engagement that you would expect from a member of management. Absolutely a disappointment for priorities.
