Ace Hardware palmetto

Went to this Ace because our other local Ace refuses to mask up! Everyone here was ! Positive!nLooking for a new circuit breaker, had the old one to compare. First clerk admitted he didn’t know electrical and would get me someone who did. I found what looked like an equal replacement but model numbers were different. The electric guru showed up and I asked for his opinion and he said “If it doesn’t fit you can’t return it!” So I put it back on the shelf and left , as he smartly commented “Have a nice day”nPeople complain about Amazon taking business from local stores but I ordered the parts from Amazon and got them the next day ....and I could return it if it didn’t fit , and don’t have to risk getting covidnGonna think about it before I go back to either of these stores

Staff welcomed me as I entered the building. Assisted me in locating everything I was looking for. Great customer service and very prompt.

It's a convenient hardware store if you live in the area with most of the essentials, although it is small. The employees are friendly and helpful. They are well staffed and someone is always available for questions.

Clean, neat, well staffed, friendly service. You are greeted at the DOOR! Parking is a little bit challenging but the building is close to the road. Nice store.
