Use this car wash many times with previous owner always looked great, Now with the new system/owners and no more hand finishing at the end of your car wash, results in not such a good quality. streaks on the car, the tire shine throws all over the side of your car and you end up having to wash it again definitely not happy with this new process especially since we always went there and it was nice to see them spend a little time on YOUR vehicle at the end(resulting in a great tip) and continued service. Now it is definitely not worth the money for the premium wash...I guess the basic is about all it's good for
After waiting in line I was told that I was in the wrong lane. Apparently the new owners closed one of the lanes. So I had to get back in line for both interior and exterior services. After an hour and a half of waiting in line my car comes out. I can see finger prints covering the front window from the benches in front . I ask them to please clean my windows.. I paid for the ultimate service.. the guy said he would fix it and the dirty rear view mirror. When I finally got in my car the mirror was still dirty..
New owners . They closed one lane. I have been waiting for 40 minutes. Will never come back
My favorite place to get my car wash for 6 years
A case of soda exploded in my back seat. What a mess! They did an AWESOME job!
