Collins Lamb (manager) was SO HELPFUL! I had some issues w/the pump not working and the car wash was not accepting my code...And he came back THREE TIMES & stayed to make sure that the service was performed.nnMr Lamb did this even inbetween his busy day with a line of ppl by juggling his work load keeping his cool and being efficient and courteous.nnWe talked inbetween his helping and I heard that he takes care/looks after his elderly parents.nnNice to know there’s ppl out there who go the extra mile, have a strong work ethic and have good manners.nnShell gas station; you’re lucky to have Mr. Lamb at your station.
Charged for repairs not done. No refund. Not customer oriented at all.
Locally owned by a family for generations; highly trusted for repairs. If from out of town, be sure and consider using for your car repairs if on this side of Bradenton. In one word, HONEST!
I pulled in here because my tire light came on--turns out I had a flat. They got it all patched up and got me back on the road quickly!
UNHELPFUL. I was just informed that the bait shop customers are a priority over service customers. I used to love coming here. The people were helpful and friendly. Now it is awful.
