Michelle in customer service responded to my inquiry within an hour and had another knob shipped out, same day! I contacted them earlier this week due to what I thought was missing parts. They quickly shipped me a replacement. Turns out the missing parts were just misplaced in my house. They definitely did the right thing! Glad to have done business with them!
