Great service and great response time! I called Donald in the morning and I had a new hot water tank in the afternoon!
Very quick response time! Great guy.
Quick response & got heat back up in a few hours after arrival and a run for parts.
Very bad work and rude. Came to repair our plumbing at home, it did not work and caused problems at home. They were not reachable after, we tried calling them for 2 days, the person who answered the phone was out at dinner with friends and said will call back, never did, we kept calling next day, finally found another plumber, who fixed it, has been 3 years now. Gedick sent us a statement, we called back to complain that work was bad and hence we cannot pay, they said will call back with a resolution, never did. Now they are sending us court letters for a few 100 $. We will counter sue them. They should loose their license to work. STAY AWAY!!!
Always fast and reliable. Local to Burlington, definitely recommend them.
