Clean. Staff is friendly
The customer service at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa has really gone down in some areas. I have given up on the Rise restaurant completely. Also the players club has some of the rudest employees so unless you absolutely have to, don't bother. The Cafe and Constant Grind seem to still stress good customer service. Most of the stores inside are also good and the sales associates are pretty friendly, just don't expect anyone to go above and beyond. I play the slots and there is a great variety. The slot workers for the most part are friendly and helpful. I have stayed at the hotel several times and the check in is easy and the people are amazing. I have learned that you need to check the room as soon as you get in and if anything is wrong with the room notify the front desk immediately. Also while staying at the hotels just know the smell of weed/marijuana is strong. According to their security staff there isn't anything they can do about it so you just have to smell it in the hallways. This isn't meant to be a bad review, it is a realistic one from someone that has been going to the casino for over 10 years and I will continue to. You're probably not going to walk out a millionaire but you can walk out ahead. Just don't have high expectations and you'll have a good time.
