My boyfriend loves taco bell however, today our opinions have changed. We go and get food(few tacos, a burrito, mac and cheese, and fries) and realise after pulling up away from the window they didn't give us all our food (all we had was the fries and mac and cheese). So we pull around and tell them and they said they will give us what we didnt have off our receipt. All well and good EXPECT they gave us the same thing we already had (The fries and mac and cheese again). WE NEVER GOT OUR TACOS AND BURRITO!!!! He was mad and drove away because the line was getting to long. Food is good the service not so much.

waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes. I pull up to the speaker and a male voice starts to take my order.. I recite my order and then a female voice asks for my order. The speaker was very silent and the female had poor communication skills but it seemed like the order was understood. I requested 3 nachos, a large fry and a diet coke. The total was 13$ and some change which seemed high. I pull op to the window, pay, and get my order. I pull to the adjacent parking lot and proceed to consume my order. This is when I see 3 tacos in the bag. I proceed to walk to the drive thru to explain that my order was incorrect but the cashier ignores me. I leave my order by a lamp post as I cannot eat it. I drive away to a parking lot down the street and attempt to call the restaurant. It took 5 tries until a person picked up the phone. I ended up going to McDonald's on the way home.

I couldn't get any food there unless I would have walked up to the drive thru window because my work truck is too tall to fit under the awning at drive thru. They closed their indoor dining and locked all their doors due to covid. I had to go somewhere else.
