Terrible as a tailor. This was my worst tailoring experience ever on two pair of suit pants I gave her to let out. I say worst ever for several reasons: 1) She didn't measure me, just eyeballed it with me wearing the pants, and now they are too loose. 2) She used near-matching threat and large/obvious stitching, I think she did it on her regular sewing machine, and now the pants look like they were altered by an amateur instead of like-new. 3) her stitching isn't straight; going along the waist, I can see when the stitching veers up and down a bit. Nobody wants suit pants like that. 4) She got oil stains of one pair of pants, it looked like from sewing machine oil, and then had the balls to charge me for dry cleaning them to remove it (the pants had be unstained and clean when I dropped them off). 5) While not a deal-breaker otherwise, her prices are kind of high compared to other tailors.nIn summary, I'm thinking of taking my pants elsewhere to pay a real tailor double to try and fix her mistakes. As is, I would be embarrassed to wear these suits and take my jacket off, revealing her workmanship.
Sweet owner that really makes an effort to offer great customer service. My clothes are always pristine!
