Their are not responsible. I brought an expensive jacket that has some nice visible leader in the front, which it was the best part of the jacket. The lady damage the leather, removed it from the jacket and replace it with cheap lining. She never told me anything about what happened, she kept the jacket for months and I had to threaten her with calling the police, then she presented the jacket to me.nWhen I asked her about the jacket and why she had replaced the leather and why she didn't tell me anything before replacing the leather from my jacket, she never took responsibilities and kept arguing with me. She never admitted that she had damaged the jacket and will not acknowledge that she had changed the lining.
