My only visit to Ma's in Billerica was Horrible !nI had a bad feeling about the service when I walked In.nI asked the woman if they could fix my coat zipper she played with the zipper and said yes.nThe boy at the register handed me my receipt. I payed him In cash and left.nWhen I returned to pick up the coat nothing had been done to the zipper? the woman explained I owed 25 for the cleaning I showed her my receipt and she disagreed. The woman had asked to look at it and then tucked it away behind the counter. I called the police and they said I could do natta because I did not even have a receipt.nI asked about the zipper? She said what zipper?nI ended up paying 50 dollars and never got my zipper fixed !

I don't trust any other place with my dry cleaning and alterations. Been going here for years and have never once been disappointed. Great service, reasonable price, and they always get me my garments on time.

If you are looking for poor customer service and your clothes to be done later than promised then this is the place to go. I was told the shirts would be done Monday (needed them for Tuesday AM), and when we arrived Monday evening we were told they were not ready but could pick them up tomorrow - which was too late. They had our phone number and could have easily called to let us know, but of course customer service is not a priority so they didn't. She had plenty of opportunities to make things right, but didn't. They are over-priced and it's a poorly run business. I wanted to support a local small business, but unfortunately won't be back again.

Very bad experience! Didn’t clean the spot where are supposed needed cleaning. The dress still dirty and still wanted me to pay for the cleaning fee! Will never go back again and never suggest anyone go there! Very bad service
