Great price and CS. Lowest price I could find for my drill. After the purchase, their customer service gave me a courtesy call to see how my purchase went and even gave me guidance to register the product with the manufacturer so I can get warranty. Very attentive. A +

Placed an order, couple of days later the order was cancelled by them, and the money refunded. I had no communications from them at all that there was a problem with the order. I only discovered the order had been cancelled when I went to checking on why I hadn't received it. They should not list things for sell that they do not have in stock, or should keep better track of their inventory, and should communicate better with customers. Now, I wouldn't order anything from them...period.

Nice variety of almost everything, electric tools, plumbing, fixtures, electricity, and all in small parts you may need to do any fix around your house or business, this small store with a nice environment personal kind and very helpful, always ready to give you a hand while your trying to find that little super need it stuff, overall it's a nice place to shop around you may find more than you were trying to get.

When I asked why I hadn't received any of my items I was told by Alex S. that they are out of stock and DON'T CARRY THE ITEM I ORDERED!!! Why..... Why the hell do you have it listed on your website if you don't carry it? Total scam of a company, don't waste your time, keep looking elsewhere for what you need! The response I got was, well someone should've contacted you to let you know the order was not processed. Again, dropping the ball in customer service 100% !
