First time, last time. I took a comforter in to be cleaned and noted to the employee at the desk that it needed extra attention along the top edge. Got it back a week later - so badly wrinkled that I spent at least 45 minutes ironing just the top plus the batting was so messed up that I probably spent another 45 minutes trying to move it around and even it out. All before I could even put it back on the bed. On top of that, the top edge did not get special attention and looks about the same as when I took it innAnd it did not smell clean. Grr...a wasted $36nThis is not a cheap bed-in-a-bag comforter. Now I have to look for someone else to do what I expected Anton's to do.nnUPDATE one month later. Ryan, a district manager, called me to apologize. He said he was sending me a check for the cost of the cleaning, and adding a credit to my account so I could bring my comforter back in to have it cleaned for free, and that he would personally handle it. One month later and the check has still not arrived. My review and my experience remain negative.

This is the second time I have not been happy with my pick up.nThe woman behind the counter was cranky and please tell me what drycleaner does not do shirts on the weekend?

Had a very nice suit dry cleaned only to find that a hook from the pants/zipper closure had been ripped out of the fabric, ruining the pants. I've been told they will replace the closure but I don't see how it's possible without a patch. I'll update after I go back, and attach pictures. But for now, never going back for their service.
