Avoid at all cost. They were quick to charge my credit card but I never received the item. I called for a tracking number and was told they would call back, but they never did. I called a dozen more times and no one ever answered the phone.

They either don't answer the phone, or put you on hold forever. No idea when my order will ship, so I'm stuck waiting. Very poor customer service.

Do not order from this company. They take your money but never complete or update you in regards to your order. We had to call several times to get information about our, when we finally received order after 3 weeks it was shorted one fan lamp shade. We had to call to find out why we received 3 instead of 4 lamp shades. When we called we were given the run around and still have not received the 1 lamp shade shorted. Our order was placed on Nov 3rd and it is now Dec 20th and our order has not been corrected.

Had some problem receiving the items at first but once I reached out to the company, Raquel was able to take care of me and confirm shipment. I appreciate their customer service. Will do business with them again.

I've been coming here for 30 year and everyone is nice and great with the customers.
